Our Story

Founded in 2024, Floor Friendly bridges rehab and fitness, focusing on full-body strength and mobility with the pelvic floor in mind through every stage of womanhood.

Hi, I’m Dr. Sabrina Baxter, a pelvic floor physical therapist based in Boca Raton, FL, specializing in bladder, bowel and sexual health. At the heart of my work is a belief that healing the pelvic floor starts with understanding the whole body—not just a group of muscles.

In my practice, I combine hands-on body work and therapeutic exercise to restore posture, build strength and provide you with long-lasting results and relief. My goal is to help you reconnect with your body in a way that feels empowering and sustainable.

Whether you're trying to preparing for endometriosis excision surgery, struggling with urinary incontinence or pelvic pain, looking for birth preparation, or navigating postpartum recovery, you deserve a space where you feel seen, safe, and supported. At Floor Friendly, this is our goal.

Credentials

I earned my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Hartford in 2021, and hold advanced certifications as a Pelvic Floor Therapist, Pelvic Rehab Fertility Specialist, Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist, Integrative Women’s Health Coach, and most recently, a certified Birth Doula—allowing me to support women through every stage of their reproductive and pelvic health journey.

About Me

When I’m not diving deep into all things pelvic health, I’m a fitness junkie (mainly running, strength training, pickleball you name it) and lover of all things nature and outdoors. I spend my free time with friends + family, DIY-ing home projects with my husband, and unwinding with a good game of Sudoku (this kicked my habit of late night scrolling, 10/10 would recommend).

No leaks, just laughs.
